You know, for the longest time I was into Chronicles of Narnia. I used to watch the movies on Disney Channel when I was a kid, and I always found the stories to be really cool. Recently, however, I found out that the entire collection of stories is actually a good example of some well known Christian childrens books. Go figure!

There are many Christian childrens books like Chronicles of Narnia that have made their way into pop culture or culture in general and, through usage of metaphor and simile and such, are able to convey some positive messages that Christians believe in like treating others the way you want to be treated and so on, without flat out talking about religion.

So, whether you are Christian or not, there are plenty of good Christian childrens books that you can look into as safe, positive literature for your children without worrying about converting them or talking to them about religion. In the end, truth, faith, love and all of these values are all universal and good for your kids.
