The More you Preach, the Fewer you Reach; is that really true part III

Go to fullsize image  Lord of the Ring:  Here is, I believe a very good movie; one that is not trying to convey a fake image in the sense that it is trying to imitate a certain concept, or lifestyle; or an imaginary blow to the psychic. Of course we know that this is, and was, one of the Tolkein trilogy books that started out with "The Hobbit." Sometimes the movie is difficult to follow, but yet the one thing that I realized upon reviewing this movie, is something that startled me some what. The Irish, Scottish, Gaelic background of the entire movie; from the way the characters spoke, to the music that was played at the beginning of the movie and throughout. The music was very up lifting and emotional; and very Irish and Scottish. The setting for the movie was in New Zealand; which makes sense. New Zealand, like Australia is a Gaelic enclave.

I remember going to Iceland when I was with the National Guard. I was doing combat manoeuvres; and I had the privilege of backing up SEAL Team 3. I also had the privilege of going throughout the country; that was a complete joy, Iceland is a beautiful little country; and when I mean little, I mean little. I found out a couple of things that was interesting. First, you were not allowed to travel cross country because Iceland is actually one big lava bed. Therefore, going cross country would be hazardous to your vehicle. Skiing would be ok, but anything else would basically be disastrous. Another thing that I found out; that to was fascinating, was that the Icelandic language; though it is a derivative of German, is the only language in the world today that hasn't changed for over 1,000 years. I was even told over 1,500 years. Leif Erickson spoke the same language, without a change, as the Icelandic people do today. How impressive is that. I enquired about the slabs of rock that looked like sepulchers with smaller rocks on top of them. I was told that this was a grave site of a Viking. there were several of these throughout the island.

I remember one day we were traveling just outside the Icelandic capital of Reykjavik when we passed by a group of rocks to the left of us. This wouldn't seem odd to me accept that the area was fenced off, and I noticed the small structures of the fronts of houses in front of several of these rock clusters. It was apparent that these rocks came from a lava flow because there were big one's amongst little one's; and they were strung all about in a wide area.

The fronts of these houses were in several different colors; red, green, white, blue, orange, purple, and any other bright color that you can think of. What was interesting is that there wasn't a dark color among them. I also noticed bowls and dishes in front of these house facings, and the presence of food was also there.

How fascinating. I enquired what this all meant; and I was told that this was where the dwarfs and little people lived, and at night they would come down to the humans and assist them in anything they wanted. To thank them for their kindness, the Icelandic people would place bowls and plates of food in front of these little houses that the Icelandic people made for them in the rock outcropping. Sometimes they would even leave flowers. I know that this is all  folklore, and what we would call a myth; but I think that we all have to realize that folklore and myth's do come from an element of truth. I am reminded of Hebrews 13:1-2:

"Let {brotherly love} continue. Of the entertaining of strangers be not forgetful, For {hereby} unawares have some entertained messengers {#32 Greek; aggelos=from #71 & #34 to bring tidings, a messenger, angel; #4397 Hebrew=malak; an unused root mean to dispatch as a deputy, a messenger, an angel, also a prophet, priest, or teacher; ambassador} ." (Rotherham's Emphasized Bible); or "Let brotherly love continue. Be not forgetful to entertain strangers for thereby some have entertained angels ||messengers|| unaware." (King James Bible).  {unaware = unintentional, without knowing or being aware, unexpectedly, suddenly, by surprise} (American Heritage Dictionary).

The Israeli concept of this movie was very impressive, and something that is unusual for Hollywood to present. Generally, Hollywood has an agenda that is more rebellious; and despises Christianity, God, and Jesus Christ. Somehow, I think that Hollywood missed the mark of their own agenda in this movie. It brings in Israel (the peculiar people); with all its myth's and glory, and subtlety.

Unlike the Harry Potter movies; which are stepped in the occult and witchcraft, The Lord of the Rings depicts a righteous cause, believe it or not, a Christian cause. To think that Hollywood probably didn't know this at the time, or even now. They made millions off of this movie; so somehow I don't think they want to try to change it.

I'm a firm believer that preaching is important; just as long as it is the right kind of preaching. What I mean is simply preach the truth, and don't be afraid of hurting other people's feelings. I think we all do our own form of preaching; whether in the pulpit, or at home or on the street. We all have opinions; therefore, we all preach our own opinions at some time or another.

Another thing I think is important to realize is that if you have a relationship with Jesus Christ, preaching should become natural; and that preaching should be led by the Holy Spirit, not by you personally. In this case, let God handle who you reach and who you cannot reach. You are doing your job under God's direction; and you must realize that not everyone is going to listen to you. The reason for this is because God has an agenda; and he must abide by his covenants.

As I have said before, God picks and chooses for a reason. He chose Abel's sacrifice better than Cain simply because Cain was fathered by the evil one; and eventually banished from the presence of God. This reveals a people that will never have salvation, or enter into the Kingdom of God. However, God must still preach to them because of the covenants that he has established; and must abide by. God chose Jacob (Israel) over Esau (Edom)  because there is evidence that Esau may also have been of a different race than Jacob. Again, God must preach to him and his race simply because God has to abide by his Word, and covenants.

Now in the United States, God is not allowed to show himself or to speak out; we keep on flipping him off, and tell him that we want to do it our own way. This is what is happening in the church today. We don't preach the truth; we preach about the truth. Christian films are like this. There is either an over abundance of arrogant' s that suggests that we Christian's have the truth, and must force our concept of truth to other people's and races. Jesus Christ never said to spread the Gospel to other races; he said to go to the Lost Sheep of Israel. The divorced people of Israel. This does not include the Jews, for the Jews in their own writings state their hate for God and Jesus Christ also can mean other races. The only race that isn't truly witnessed to any more is the white race. This is a shame. Not all Hebrews (white race) are Israelites (white race), but all Israelites are Hebrews.

One other thing that is important to realize is that if only one race of people broke the law (the white race = Israel), then why are we compelled to witness to other races and people. They are not under the law, only those that have broken the law. Therefore, they have nothing to repent for. I contend that God is preparing a race of people (the white race) to be the dominating factor in the world to come, and to lead the other races and people's into a relationship with God by allowing them to be what God has created them to be. Not everyone can be a leader; you must realize that most people are going to be followers.

The white people must stand up (Matthew 5:48; King James Bible) and start to take their responsibility before God. This must be down to a level that most people can understand; not to the same level as God's chosen people. Not all people are Adamites. God chose Adam to be given the earth (Psalm 115:15-17; "Blessed are ye of Yahweh, Who made the heavens and the earth: As for the heavens ||the heavens|| belong to Yahweh, But the earth hath he given to the sons of men (or "sons of Adam")." (Rotherham's Emphasized Bible).
