"Son of man, set thy face against Mount Seir, --- and prophecy against it; and thou shalt say to it, Thus saith My Lord Yahweh, Behold me! against thee O Mount Seir, --- Therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and I will make thee most desolate and an astonishment: Thy cities will I lay waste, And thou --- a desolation shalt become, --- So shalt thou know that I am Yahweh." "Desolations age-abiding will I make thee, And thy cities shall not be inhabited, --- So shall ye know that I am Yahweh." ( Ezekiel 35:2-4, 9 Rotherham's Emphasized Bible).
A small article that I have just read is an article that I must make my own comments on, and hopefully add a few things in order to clarify it a bit. The article is about the "holocaust," and it is taken from a book that was written by Elie Wiesel called, "Night." What is interesting is the emotion these short paragraphs instill. I guess my biggest questions is; are they true?
I have done my own research, and I have been to the concentration camp Dachau four times; once in college, and three times when I was in the military. I had some problems with what I saw, and with what I was told. I am going to attempt to clarify myself hopefully in an outline that is understandable. First:
1) I stood in what I was told was the gas chamber; but it was concealed as a large shower room. One question I had was very simple. Why would the Germans use a shower to conceal the gas chamber? If your going to kill the people with gas; then just do it, don't try to disguise it. There I stood in the middle of this large room looking at the shower heads; and I could smell gas; but was it coming from a vent, an outside source, or what. I couldn't tell. I thought this was somewhat strange. I even went outside the building looking for an outside source, or some kind of piping that would funnel any foreign objects into the building, but I couldn't find any. Actually, the gas smelled like the gas that comes from the canisters that we used in combat training when I was in the military.
It wasn't until 12 years later when I was in the Air National Guard; and I went to Widmund Germany to support a Tactical Command fighter unit out of North Carolina, that I really started questioning what I was told earlier. I was in a combat communications unit, and in 1985 I had to go to the Air Force combat communications training school at Tinker AFB Oklahoma. I trained with the 3rd. MOB unit, or (Mobile Operational Base). I went through training in the classroom; being trained in CPR, First Aid, Geneva Convention, and so forth, and then I went out into the field for three weeks training in combat.
This was the first time I was ever in the full MOP suite (gas mask, boots, and the entire ensemble) while in training. I was in a fox hole for six hours under the hot Oklahoma sun. One thing I was taught was that in order to have a successful gas attack; there has to be nearly perfect weather conditions. In other words, to much wind could blow the gas that you directed at another country right back at you; and also, the rain has a way of dissolving or nullifying chemical, bacterial, and nuclear gas agents. One thing I learned was that water and steam could very well nullify any gas in the area. I started thinking, than how could the German's gas the Jews while they were taking showers?. They couldn't, the water and steam would dissolve the gas to the point that the gas would be neutralized.
I realize that it is a terrible thing to come against the Jews; after all, wasn't Jesus Christ a Jew? wasn't the Jews God's chosen people? and wasn't the Word of God given to the Jews for them to study, and use to bring the light of the Gospel to the world? The answer of course is, NO!!! Again I quote from Jewish sources: In a publication entitled "Judaism and the Christian Predicament," page 59, Rabbi Bokser wrote:
"This is not an uncommon impression and one finds it sometimes among Jews as well as Christians-that Judaism is the religion of the Hebrew Bible. It is of course a fallacious impression. "Judaism is not the religion of the Bible." Also, In a Jewish paper called "Jewish World," for March 1923, we find the following: "Fundamentally Judaism is anti-Christian."
This leads to another very important question: If the Jews; in their own writings say that they are not the Hebrews of the Bible, and that their religion Judaism is not the religion of the Bible; than why do Christians continue to support them, claim them to be God's chosen people, and believe in the holocaust and the terrible persecution of the Jews? Could the holocaust be a terrific hoax, most experts actually believe so. It is interesting that the very first place in the Bible where Jew is even mentioned is in II Kings 16:6: "At that time Rezin king of Syria recovered Elath to Syria, and wholly cleared out the Jews from Eloth, and the Syrians entered Elath, and have dwelt there unto this day (Rotherham's Emphasized Bible)," or "At that time Rezin king of Syria recovered Elath to Syria, and drave (drove) the Jews from Elath and the Syrians came to Elath, and dwelt there unto this day(King James Bible)."
If this is true, than why do we say that Moses was a Jew, and Abraham was a Jew, the Patriarch's, and all of the Hebrew children (people) were Jews. Moses lived about 1400 B.C., Abraham about 2300 B.C.; in other words, all of the people as stated above lived hundreds of years, and thousands of years before "Jew," and "Jews," were even mentioned in the Bible. II Kings was a Biblical Book that was written about 750 B.C.. Above all, what would compel Karl Marx; of all people, to state: "There can be no solution of the problems of the world without the destruction of the Jews and their religion, Judaism (Emanuel M. Josephson, " The Strange Death of Franklin D. Roosevelt, New York-Chedney Press, 1948, page 50)."
We have been taught that God loves everybody, and that all people can come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord (not Baal), and savior. Is this really true? For some reason Christians never bother to question this concept. I suppose it is because they are told that God is so loving and kind; and does not hate a people, but hates sin. It is interesting that contrary to popular belief, the Jews are not followers of Old Testament law since they are not the people of the Old Testament (the Israelites).
"Even as it is written--" Jacob have I loved, but Esau have I hated," (Romans 9:13; Rotherham's Emphasized Bible, also, Malachi 1:1-3). God not only hates Esau-Edom and is against these people, but refers to them as "the people of my curse" (Isaiah 34:5; King James Bible. King James refers "Esau-Edom as "Idumea.").
Among Esau's brethren were the Amalekites which were descended from one of Esau's grandsons (Genesis 36:4, 12) It was these Edomite kinsmen whom God (Yahweh) had sworn "war against from generation to generation" (Exodus 17:16). Also, Ezekiel 36:5: as the King James Bible states; "Therefore thus says the Lord God (Yahweh); Surely in the fire of my jealousy have I spoken against the residue of the heathen, and against all Idumea." "Shall I not in that day, says the Lord (not Baal), even destroy the wise men out of Edom, and the understanding out of the mount of Esau: (Obadiah 1:8). "Thus says the Lord God; Behold, O mount Seir, I am against you, and will stretch out My hand against you." (Ezekiel 35:3) Sorry little Christian, but this sure doesn't sound like God loves everybody.
The Word of God shows God's hate for the Edomite Jews of today; and they are the main ones who are concerned about this hate, and with good reason. They are desperately trying to suppress all hate, even any acts or words that could be construed as causing "mental anguish." In response to their role as being the "people against whom the Lord God has indignation for ever," the Jews have made the concept of hate a taboo.
The Jew Elie Wiesel, as mentioned at the beginning of this article stated on Public Television that "Even hate of hate is dangerous." (In the TV special "Beyond Hate," hosted by Bill Moyers, 1990). I have no idea what Wiesel is saying here; but this just goes to show you how paranoid the Edomite Jews are in regards to God's hatred of them, and the lengths they will go to eliminate from the mind's of God's people any aspect of the idea of hate.
