When I was with the Special Forces; I trained with the 19th. Special Forces Group at Camp Williams; which is a small military installation just a few miles from Salt Lake City Utah. What was interesting to me was when we went into Salt Lake City itself, and how many houses were middle class or actually in the lower middle class. I was told that most of the people that live in Salt Lake City  were not even Mormon's, and that you knew who was Mormon and who wasn't Mormon by the size of their houses and property. The bigger houses and the most property associated with the house were owned by Mormon's. It is interesting that most of the houses in Salt Lake City were run down, and of a lower quality.

One night a few of us went to visit the famed white temple that is situated basically in the middle of Salt Lake City, or close to it. It is really a site to be seen, but there were a few things that I witnessed that were interesting to me. First, there was a big brick wall around the temple with a guard gate at its entrance. We actually drove around this wall and noticed that the temple was encased within this walled in space. Sort of like the Hindu temple that is close to where I live. A beautiful place, a couple of big buildings on the property, sculptures of African (or possibly Indian) elephants were also present, it looks like a park; but it is also a walled in area with a beautiful black ornate iron entrance way. There are also a number of black iron umbrella's on either side of the entrance way. However, there was that security guard station at the entrance that seems to me to be some what un-nerving, and out of place.

How many Christian church's do you see with this kind of a set up? It seems that they are trying to hide something. One thing I noticed at the Mormon temple were the security guards. It wouldn't have been to bad if I didn't notice that each one of them was carrying an Uzi machine gun (Israeli); and there were about a dozen of them patrolling the grounds. With this kind of hardware and set up,  why would they need this to guard a church? Are they afraid that there might be theft of gold and silver, or is there a more sinister purpose for all of this security and fire power.

It is interesting that the Old Testament and the New Testament never hide anything, God is open for all to see. There are many church's that I have been to that actually keep their doors open for anyone who may feel that they need to pray in a house of God. Granted, everywhere and anywhere can be the house of God; but still it is a gesture that extends all the way through Biblical and Christian history.

Years ago I went to the state of Mississippi on vacation. I had never been to that state, though I had trained with the Special Forces at Camp Polk Louisiana a few years earlier; I thought I'd try something different. I was told of a country road that is rarely used; and I thought I would do a little investigating, and in essence, get a little adventurous. As I was driving down this old dirt road I saw an old church, and decided to stop and investigate. There was a cannon ball at the top of the front part of the church just above the door way.

The historical marker stated that during the siege of Vicksburg, the union forces fired cannon in the area. One of the cannon balls struck the church, and it was kept there ever since (since 1862?). The marker also suggested not to throw rocks or anything at the cannon ball or it might exploded. Well, that does make sense.

Would you believe it? the church doors were open. It was a quant little church out in the countryside along the Mississippi River. I signed my name in its registry, and I noticed many register books there; and several hundreds of names, some dating back to the 1820's. Maybe even earlier, I couldn't read some of the names because of the age.

So here is a small church with doors wide open, out in the middle of the countryside; no security, or armed guards with Uzi's, or anything that would keep any one out of its door ways. This is something that true Christianity is like. It is unique because it keeps its doors open. You can find this also in many cities across the country; however, the Mormon's need to keep their main temple under lock and key with Uzi carrying security personal patrolling its perimeter.

This is a bad sign; and actually a sign of a cult, or an occultist religion, church, association, and so forth. What was one of the biggest problem that the Apostles and the Disciples have? They just couldn't keep their big fat mouths shut. They were telling the world at that time about the Gospel of Jesus Christ, and were very open about it. This is why they were imprisoned, and the main reason they were martyred.

"But leading them in set them in the high council. And the High-priest questioned them saying -- {Strictly} did we charge you not to be teaching upon this name (Jesus Christ); and lo! ye have filled Jerusalem with your teaching, and are minded to bring down upon us the blood of this man. But Peter and the Apostles answering said -- It is needful to be yielding obedience unto God rather than unto men: -- The God of our fathers hath raised up Jesus whom ye got into your hands, {suspending him upon a tree}." (Acts 5:27-30 -- Rotherham's Emphasized Bible) or:

"And when they had brought them, they set them before the council and the high priest asked them, Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man's blood upon us. (The Jews are speaking here. They are the one's that actually had Jesus Christ put to death.) Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men. The God of our fathers raised up Jesus, whom ye slew and hanged on a tree." (Bible of King James).

However, the cultic, and occultist organizations such as; The Jehovah Witness, Christian Science, Mormon's, Scientology, and so forth; are not open to investigation. Christian evangelists and minister that have been caught in inappropriate situations had to be brought out of the dark and into the light in order to be exposed.

It is interesting that occult practices are done at night, or behind closed doors; never done in the sun light. This is true of Satanism. You don't have a church of Satanism keeping its doors open for anyone to see what they are doing. Jim Baker, Ted Haggard, Richard Roberts, and just recently; Benny Hinn; have all done their evil in the dark, not under anybodies scrutiny. Granted there are time when you can't reveal secrets about some things, but to hide them entirely is out of the question.

It reminds me of the time years ago when I was a member of a prayer team. One time I received a call from a woman that gave me a list of prayer needs over the phone. One of the needs was of a person that was in the hospital. I asked her why the person was in the hospital; and she told me that it was an unspoken prayer request. I told her that it would be good for me to know the basic reason for the person's stay in the hospital. She asked my "Why? God knows, and I told her that if God knows, than why should I pray for the person. Why doesn't God just handle it himself; he wouldn't need me, or does he?

I think that it is important to realize that you don't have to give all the dirty repulsive information about what happened. In other words, if the person has cancer; you don't have to say that the person is coughing up blood, bleeding from his anus, or has white puss coming out of his body. All you have to do is say that the person has rectal cancer, ovarian cancer, stomach cancer, and so forth. By telling me this, I can home in on the problem that God may have a hard time getting into. Sometimes God needs someone to fill in the gap and be a proxy for him to work through. How better it would be if we would  use God; and be willing to be used by God, for finding missing person's and things, rather than the occult and witchcraft.

Because of their secrecy, the Mormon's are an affront to God; and are considered a cult, or occultist's by their very nature of hiding their true colors. "Be not judging according to appearance, But {just judgment} be judging,"  Gospel of John 7:24, not to be confused with Matthew 7:1 "Judge not, that ye be not judged."(Rotherham's Emphasized Bible), or "Judge not according to appearance, but judge righteous judgement." (Bible of King James). Wouldn't it be better if we would pray for one another, stay out of bad situation, and refuse to do things that we know are offensive to God; after all, isn't this what the Bible tells us to do? Just think, Natalie Holloway would probably be alive today.

I remember one times years ago God used me to bring a dead girl back to life, and he did so through an out of body experience. I was in the spirit when I walked into her hospital room and saw her laying in a coma hooked up to a life support machine that was breathing for her. I put my hand on her forehead and claimed her to be healed in the name of Jesus Christ three times. It was 4:30 on a Thursday morning when I did this. That was the exact same time that she came out of her coma. She went home the next day. She was 12 years old at the time, and she is probably married with children today. Hopefully in a loving Christian relationship.

Why would God need me in this situation if he could handle it himself? The truth is, God needs people. It's a two way street. God meets us half way. He passes us the ball, we have to decided whether we want to catch it or not. Again in this situation the people in the church that I was attending wouldn't say why prayer was needed for this girl. Her mother was crying, but I didn't know that the girl was in a coma for five days due to a drug over dose. She had actually died when the paramedic's found her and brought her to the hospital; and then she was quickly put on life support. I don't take any kind of credit for this. This just shows you how God sometimes has to work.
